For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on hosiery can generally not be returned unless the item is defective or your consumer-law rights apply. Please inspect the packaging, style, colour and size before opening it.
Incorrect or defective items
Contact Sophia promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the packaging and issue. Keep the item, packaging and proof of purchase while we assess the request.
